1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing the website at W3ctrl.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you disagree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

2. License to Use Extensions

Our Magento 2 extensions are licensed under the Open Software License (OSL 3.0). Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the extension on a single Magento installation (one production, one staging/development) unless an Enterprise/Agency license is explicitly purchased.

3. Support and Updates

All extension purchases come with 6 months of free technical support and lifetime access to version updates. Support covers bug fixes and guidance on configuration but does not include custom development or conflict resolution with third-party modules. Support hours are Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM (IST).

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall W3ctrl or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on W3ctrl’s website, even if W3ctrl or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

5. Revisions and Errata

The materials appearing on W3ctrl’s website could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. W3ctrl does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete, or current. W3ctrl may make changes to the materials contained on its website at any time without notice.
